Shipping Policy
Payment Methods for Individuals and Businesses
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Available only for Romania: The value of the ordered goods will be paid upon receipt of the package. The package will include the product, accessories (if applicable), user manual, warranty, and tax invoice.
Bank Transfer:
After confirming your order, we will issue a proforma invoice for the ordered products. The invoice will be sent via email. The order will be shipped only after the payment has been confirmed in our account. Please include the invoice number in the payment details.
Delivery Methods
Courier Service:
All products are delivered via courier service across the European Union mainland.
- Delivery time: Between 24 and 72 hours.
- Certain products may have longer delivery times.
Shipping Fees
- Free shipping for orders over €150.
- €10 shipping fee for orders under €75.
- €5 shipping fee for orders between €75 and €150.
Delivery Timelines
- Orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same day (for products in stock).
- Orders placed after 2 PM are shipped the next day.
The delivery time for the order will be based on the product with the longest delivery time (in the case of orders with multiple products).
- Typically, delivery within the courier network takes 24 hours from shipment.
- If located outside the courier network or in remote areas, delivery times may increase to 48-120 hours.

All shipped packages are sealed and delivered in perfect condition.
